Born on Leap Day? Pizza Hut can Help You Celebrate

I had to Google what a Leap Year technically is. I know it's an additional day in the year, but I didn't know why. Apparently, we have the extra day to stay in sync with the astronomical or seasonal year. Who knew? Well, maybe you did but now we're all informed.

If you happened to be born on Leap Day, February 29th, you probably run into problems celebrating your birthday. Have no fear! This year Pizza Hut has got your back. If your birthday is this Monday, no matter how old you are, Pizza Hut is giving you a free personal pizza(take out only) for all your birthday scheduling troubles. All you have to do is bring ID or proof of birth and you'll be all set to get your pizza party on.

QSR is reporting that Pizza Hut will also be throwing a huge Leap Year celebration in the "Leap Year Capitol of The World," Anthony, Texas. Again, who knew there was a leap year capitol? People travel from all over the world, to celebrate their leap year birthday with other leap babies.
