Beth’s Top Ten Videos of 2014

As we get ready to ring out the old and ring in the new, I thought I'd take a look back over this past year to some of my favorite music moments or events of 2014. Here's my Top Ten videos of 2014.

1. Although this was just released a few weeks ago, I think this is so powerful. I found myself reaching for the tissue box halfway though. Eric Church "Talladega"

2. Luke Bryan's performance of "Drink a Beer" at the CMA awards was another great moment of 2014 for me. When he opened a beer at the end and turned to raise it up towards the picture of his sister and brother, I was done.

3. Brantley Gilbert's "Bottoms Up" has the right mixture of attitude and fun. What else could you want?

4.Leave it to Miranda to once again remind us about what's important isn't how fast you're moving, it's the actual journey. "Automatic"

5. Another video released recently. I loved the song first and the video didn't disappoint. I see my family in this one. Lee Brice, "Drinkin' Class".

6.Florida Georgia Line are known more for their good time party songs, but when they slowed it down and released "Dirt" this past summer, I was hooked.

7. Anyone who knows me, knew this would be on my list. I am a big fan! Eric Paslay "Song About a Girl".

8. The cameos by Arrested Development Tony Hale as the title character, the bartender and supermodel Kate Upton, made this song even more fun! Lady Antebellum "Bartender"

9. Thomas Rhett just seems like a guy you'd want to hang out with on your back porch and he'd be cool with that! When this video for "Make me Wanna" came out, he said that he thought it would be cool to be on "Dancing with the stars" and he shows off some of his dance moves here. I don't know if they're DWTS level, but it's always good to dream!

10. Eric Church makes my list twice. I love his latest album and his attitude, plus his band scares me a little! "Cold one", released this past August.
