Are You Middle Aged?

What age do you think middle age starts?

Last week my 7 year old son Jackson was talking to me about something and out of left field he called me middle aged. I was like WHOA...How dare you...LOL. I asked him where he heard that and he said he heard it on a TV show.

After we got done talking, I started to think am I middle aged? So I did what most people do nowadays and I went to Google and typed in "when does middle age start?"

According to Wikipedia, middle age is between 45 and 65, the period between early adulthood and old age, usually considered as the years from about 45 to 65.

Another search result was from the Telegraph website and it said that middle age begins at 35 and ends at 58. Both Jess and I feel that "middle age" is a state of mind, right? I mean I feel like I'm not a day over 30. LOL!
