Amber Alert Issued in the Hudson Valley on Thursday

The Sullivan County sheriff's office has issued an Amber Alert after a couple allegedly abducted four children in our area.

PIX 11 is reporting that the alert was issued just after 11pm on Wednesday for 5-year-old Gabriella Torres, 4-year-old Jacob Esquilin, 2-year-old Jionni Torres and 6-month-old Assata Mari Franklin.

Police say that they issued a court order removing the children from their home in the Monticello area after charges of neglect and suspected drug activity. The couple, 27-year-old Tina Esquilin and 30-year-old Alfred Franklin Jr. fled with the children.

The couple is said to have a violent history.

Esquilin has black hair and brown eyes, is 5'4" and weighs around 169 pounds.

Franklin Jr. also has black hair, is 6'1" and weighs about 220 pounds.
