Happy New Year! It's great to be back on air after a long holiday vacation.

I'm a firm believer in manifesting what comes to you, but I'm not a firm believer in New Years Resolutions. I figured if we worked together and share our New Years Resolutions we could be successful in keeping them this year.

It might be wishful thinking, considering one study found that 87% of people will break their New Years Resolution by January 12th.

Out with the negative, in with the positive.

This year I'm trying to focus on being more organized. I bought a monthly planner at Barnes and Nobel (I think a lot of them are on sale!) and set my alarm a little earlier every morning.

I'm also participating in Dry January. It's a just a little detox from all the wine and booze I drank during the holiday season.

What are your resolutions?

Whatever they may be, let's hope for a happy and healthy 2019!
