Get ready to walk or run in support of individuals with disabilities as Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County hosts the Third Annual Accessibility Awareness Day this Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Walkway Over the Hudson. Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County has provided quality comprehensive services to persons with Developmental Disabilities throughout the Hudson Valley for over sixty years.

As their website states, they partner with communities throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley to empower people with disabilities to achieve their highest potential by providing innovative community, educational and residential services.

The Third Annual Accessibility Awareness Day, is a fun day to help support this mission as well as join together as a community.The activities will begin on the Highland side and the day will feature guest speakers, music, a bake sale and more. There will be a 5K walk/run, which you can register for by clicking here. The entry fee is $25, and you'll get this year's event t-shirt plus swag bag.
