A Solo Frolic Friday (VIDEO)

We tell you every Friday that nothing will make you feel good like a good "Frolic".

Well for some reason I'm having a hard time getting excited to frolic on this rainy Friday morning.

I don't know if its because Jess is away or what but I have to fight the feeling of giving up. I MUST FROLIC!!!! If I don't I will never hear the end of it from Jess.

So I'm taking my own advice and I'm going to turn my frown upside down with a quick "Solo Frolic"....

And away we gooooooo......
