A Friday that Feels like a Monday!

Usually Fridays are great days but today, today feels like a Monday.  You know that start your day off late and everything else goes downhill too saying?

The baby slept later than she usually does and I didn't set an alarm because she's always awake before it goes off anyway.  Except today.  So I woke up with less than an our to get out the door and felt pretty good because I was only leaving 5 minutes late.  Headed out and about 5 minutes into my drive I realized that I forgot my laptop which isn't that big of a deal, I'll just do it over again when I get to the station.  "Not to bad, only forgot my laptop and had a late start" I thought.  Get to the Mid-Hudson Bridge and realize that for some reason I never got the E-Z Pass and didn't have any cash on me.  I dug through change and came up with $1.51 so I was good there.

I pull into work thinking again, "Not bad.  Only forgot my laptop and cash"  and the phone rings.  It's my wife telling me that somehow my wallet was in her purse.  She's out of town so this posses a bit of a problem but not as big of a problem that I need to get gas and can't without cash or my wallet and I can't go to the bank because I don't have ID to prove it's really me.

We finally were able to figure out how to do the Western Union thing so I would at least have gas a cash for a few days.  I'm not sure how that's all going to work out but in theory, it's a good ending to a bad start.

It is Friday right?
