5 Arrested In Hudson Valley Prostitution Sting
Five people were arrested in an investigation into prostitution in the Hudson Valley.
On Thursday the Orange County Drug Task Force and the Town of Wallkill Police Department conducted a joint prostitution investigation in the Town of Wallkill.
Two women are accused of prostitution, three man allegedly patronized a prostitute. One of the men is also accused of being in possession of marijuana.
Michael Rosenberger, 49, from Maybrook, 56-year-old John Liporace and 23 year-old Gene Vivaldo, both of Middeltown, were all charged with patronizing a prostitute, a misdemeanor. Vivaldo also received a violation for unlawful possession of marijuana.
All three were released with an appearance ticket and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Wallkill Court on a future date.
Yondo Nyadjroh, 26, of New Rochelle and 22-year-old Benja Rosario of New York City, were both charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor.
