Three Arrested After Vacant Home Burglaries in Wappinger
New York State Police have arrested three after a rash of vacant home burglaries in the Wappinger area.
Between Dec. 14 and Dec. 17, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested James S. Evans, age 22, and Anamile Gomez, age 23, of Wappingers Falls and Stephanie N. Ilardi, age 20, of Carmel.
All three subjects were charged with burglary, a felony. Evans, Gomez and Ilardi were also charged with criminal possession of stolen property, possession of burglar tools, and unlawful possession of radio devices.
The subjects were all arraigned at the Town of Wappinger Court. Evans was released after posting bond, and Gomez and Ilardi were both released under the supervision of Probation. They were scheduled for future appearances at the Town of Wappinger Court.
